1.Mattress core：

Polyether and polyester mixed high-grade polyurethane foam with a soft and delicate nest-like foam structure. Using the steel ball impact method, the steel ball is bounced with a high amplitude and softly, showing excellent physical and mechanical properties. After a special incision design, it achieves the effect of wrapped decompression.

Three-Layer decompression design, first layer: Slow-rebound polyurethane foam.Second layer: High-rebound polyurethane foam.Third layer: High-density polyurethane foam.
The layer in contact with the body is made of cloud-feel zero-pressure space foam that slowly reverts back based on different weights, fully conforming to the body's curves. The bottom layer is a high-resilience foam, providing rigid support for the body. The dual-layer foam design redistributes weight, ensuring secondary pressure distribution, effectively preventing the development of pressure sores. The middle layer features a seven-zone pressure distribution cut into separate areas, with each zone having different sizes and depths to accommodate the pressure distribution of various body parts. For areas where the bones are prominent (such as the buttocks, heels, shoulders, etc.), the cuts are deeper, forming larger pressure distribution zones, reducing pressure concentration in these areas. The mattress has an integrated U-shaped groove that provides rigid support for the body, reinforcing side force support, and ensuring the mattress core is stable and reliable.

The outer cover is Polyurethane-coated polyester fabric (PU), Bidirectionally elastic, waterproof, resistant to blood-borne pathogens, mold-proof and antibacterial, breathable and moisture-permeable, flame-retardant, disinfectant-resistant, long-lasting, and has no risk of infection.

The outer cover has a hidden zipper design, which is easy to disassemble as a whole, washable, and can be dried at low temperature. It can be wiped and disinfected with 75% medical alcohol or ≤1000ppm sodium hypochlorite solution.
3. Suitable for patients with a variety of clinical pressure ulcer risks, sleep more comfortably, safe and noiseless.
4. The product warranty period is one year, the expected service life is five to eight years, and the maintenance response time does not exceed 48 hours.
